Diga o modelo do iPhone, a versão do iOS e o que aconteceu. Como o Hedgie não tem conta nem servidor, a gente não vê os seus dados: descreva o que precisar.
Comprei o Hedgie Pro e ele sumiu
Abra Ajustes → Restaurar compras (também aparece na própria tela do Pro). Use a mesma conta Apple da compra. O Pro é um pagamento único: vale para sempre e em todos os seus iPhones com essa conta.
O que é grátis e o que é Pro
Grátis: até 5 assinaturas ativas, total mensal e anual e um lembrete por assinatura. O Pro libera assinaturas e lembretes ilimitados, aviso de fim de teste, Análises, Calendário, widgets, várias moedas e exportação em CSV, com um pagamento só.
Os lembretes não chegam
- Em Ajustes → Lembretes, veja a linha Permissão. Se estiver “Ainda não pedida”, toque em Permitir notificações logo abaixo. Se estiver “Negada”, toque em Abrir Ajustes do iOS e ligue as notificações do Hedgie.
- O iOS guarda no máximo 64 avisos por app, então o Hedgie agenda os dos próximos 60 dias e renova sempre que você abre o app. Abra de vez em quando.
- O Hedgie respeita os modos de Foco: com um Foco ativo, o aviso fica na Central de Notificações.
Como adiciono o widget
O widget faz parte do Pro. Toque e segure a tela de início → Editar → Adicionar widget → Hedgie. Se ele aparecer vazio, abra o Hedgie uma vez para atualizar.
Como cancelo uma assinatura
O Hedgie não cancela serviços: não existe forma de um app fazer isso. Se você assinou pela App Store, abra a assinatura no Hedgie → Como cancelar → Abrir assinaturas da Apple. Se não, cancele no site do próprio serviço. Depois, toque em Já cancelei — tirar do total: isso só registra no Hedgie, o histórico fica guardado e ela sai do total.
Quero reembolso do Hedgie Pro
Reembolsos da App Store são decididos pela Apple, em reportaproblem.apple.com.
Troquei de iPhone
O Hedgie não sincroniza pela internet. Seus dados vão junto quando você restaura o backup do iPhone antigo no novo. Para ter uma cópia à parte, use Ajustes → Exportar em CSV (Pro).
Moedas e cotação
O Hedgie não busca cotação, porque não se conecta à internet. Assinaturas em outra moeda ficam separadas no total, a menos que você digite uma taxa em Ajustes → Taxas de conversão manuais (Pro).
Apagar meus dados
Ajustes → Apagar todos os dados remove tudo deste aparelho, depois de uma confirmação. Não dá para desfazer. Desinstalar o app também apaga tudo.

I bought Hedgie Pro and it’s gone
Open Settings → Restore purchases (it is also on the Pro screen itself). Use the Apple Account you bought it with. Pro is a single payment: it lasts forever, on every iPhone signed in to that account.
What’s free and what’s Pro
Free: up to 5 active subscriptions, monthly and yearly totals, and one reminder per subscription. Pro unlocks unlimited subscriptions and reminders, trial-ending alerts, Insights, Calendar, widgets, multiple currencies and CSV export, for one payment.
Reminders don’t arrive
- In Settings → Reminders, check the Permission row. If it says “Not asked yet”, tap Allow notifications right below it. If it says “Denied”, tap Open iOS Settings and turn on Hedgie’s notifications.
- iOS holds at most 64 pending notifications per app, so Hedgie schedules the next 60 days and refreshes them every time you open the app. Open it now and then.
- Hedgie respects Focus modes: with a Focus on, the reminder waits in Notification Center.
How do I add the widget?
Widgets are part of Pro. Touch and hold the Home Screen → Edit → Add Widget → Hedgie. If it shows up empty, open Hedgie once to refresh it.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Hedgie cannot cancel services: no app can. If you subscribed through the App Store, open the subscription in Hedgie → How to cancel → Open Apple subscriptions. Otherwise, cancel on the service’s own website. Then tap I’ve cancelled it — remove from totals: it only records it in Hedgie, its history is kept and it leaves your total.
I want a refund for Hedgie Pro
App Store refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I got a new iPhone
Hedgie does not sync over the internet. Your data moves when you restore your old iPhone’s backup onto the new one. For a separate copy, use Settings → Export to CSV (Pro).
Currencies and exchange rates
Hedgie never fetches exchange rates, because it never goes online. Subscriptions in another currency are totalled separately unless you enter a rate in Settings → Manual conversion rates (Pro).
Deleting my data
Settings → Delete all data removes everything from this device after a confirmation. It cannot be undone. Uninstalling the app also deletes everything.
